How to Replace Your ComfortMaker Air Filter
- Turn off the power to your air conditioner
- Locate and open the access panel
- Once inside, find the air filter. Often these can be located near or in the return air duct
- Remove the dirty air filter
- If it’s reusable, clean the filter. If it’s disposable, grab a new air filter
- Slide the new or cleaned air filter back into its slot, make certain that signifiers are pointing in the right direction
- Replace the access panel and turn the power back on
