Networx does not share, sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy.
Informed Consent to Be Contacted by Telephone
When submitting a quote through FurnacePrices.ca for a US-based address or location, your information will be shared with Networx and their afiiliates and partners for the purpose of providing service quotes. You agree to receive recurring, non-emergency, automated promotional and/or marketing text messages, phone calls using a prerecorded message or artificial voice, and calls/messages delivered using an auto telephone dialing system or automatic texting system from Networx, its affiliates, and/or designated Service Professionals and Fulfillment Partners at any number(s) you provide to Networx. Consenting to these communications is not a condition to any purchase or service. Reply STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List and/or on applicable state do-not-call lists and notwithstanding any current or prior election to opt-in/opt-out of receiving telemarketing, other calls, or text messages, by providing your contact information, you expressly consent to and authorize contact by Networx, their agents, representatives, affiliates, designated Service Professionals and Fulfillment Partners, and anyone calling on Networx’ behalf for any purposes relating to the Services and/or Networx Offerings, which may include advertising or telemarketing messages.
