I was thrilled with them! We had some major problems to deal with replacing old pipes for my gas. Mark came out very quickly and checked things out. The job was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. Mark quickly got in contact with his supervisor and an estimate was given in minutes. They were able to fit me in on the Saturday (next day) and fix the problem. Everyone we dealt with was awesome! Friendly and efficient. I can’t thank Mr. Furnace enough for all their help fixing what could have been a very serious problem quickly and under estimate cost. With heat and hot water back on we can breathe again. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Matthew was great. Before even getting to our furnace he already had a theory in his mind (because he read my advance notes explaining what the issues was). So when he arrived we started from a common starting point without having to re-tell or explain what the issue was.
He also spent some time educating me on repair options and provided further explanation on new unit capabilities without any pressure to buy (which I really appreciated).
