Michael has been servicing my old hydronic boiler for a few years. Our tank water heater started a slow leak over the summer so I decided to replace both. Michael recommended an indirect water heater setup that would provide essentially unlimited hot water for my family of 6. It’s been a couple of months with the new system and I’m really happy with it – we’ve never run out of hot water and the new boiler heats the house more evenly and comfortably. Michael’s work is excellent and his prices are fair. I’ll attach a before and after shot of our setup.

We recently needed our pool heater replaced and contacted MDM Michael reached out to us and the next day arrived to look at our existing pool heater and explain to us our options of possible repair versus replacement He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option and then provided us with quotes for several available pool heaters After we made our choice he was able to obtain the heater and install it The process of removal and installation of the new heater as well as additional plumbing required to create a bypass loop was done within a few hours
Complete testing and ensuring that no water leaks were present was done Michael explained the functions of the heater and said we could contact him if we had any questions

We got MDM Mechanical to upgrade our gas meter at our commercial plant to accommodate the additional BTU requirement as well as installing a 5PSI gas line to our new processing furnace. Their work was flawless and took care of everything from coordinating with Enbridge gas to activating gas to our new appliance. We plan to use MDM Mechanical moving forward when we replace our commercial boilers.
