Arrow Plumbing and Heating did furnace and A/C maintenance for us in the fall. From the call to get a price, booking the visit, the work that was done, the clean up after and the time they took to tell me what they found and what I can do for maintenance was all done in a efficient, friendly, professional manner.
The van that pulled up was amazing! I’ve never seen such a bright and colourful company plumbing vehicle.
You can really tell the employee’s enjoyed what they were doing and were proud to be part of this company.

Had a great experience with Arrow. I submitted a request and was called the next morning and they had someone out within the hour. I really appreciated the text with a picture of the tech notifying they were on their way, added a great sense of comfort. The tech was very thorough, kind, explained what his plan was and what he found. He was realistic in his suggestions and answered all of my questions. I have already recommended them to my friends to use as well.

Today Ryan and Riley put their skills to good use to upgrade my place and make it much more functional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient — a stellar job with everything! They fixed issues with my bathtub, my dishwasher connection, and replaced a 110-year old pedestal sink with a vanity with some not-so-straightforward plumbing given the age of the house. They managed to do all of that in one morning! Definitely five-star service and definitely will recommend Arrow Plumbing & Heating to others.
