We compared Trust Home Comfort with another large installer and we were impressed with their observations, actions and recommendations regarding our furnace.
The installation team were courteous and respectful. Their attention to detail was top notch, where other companies I have used in the past only taped the screws and corners Trust Home Comfort taped every seem from the cold air return through to the duct work from end to end. Included in the process was a base extension to raise the new furnace cold air return to match the filter size. I will have Trust Home Comfort come in for annual inspection and service and would strongly recommend them as your furnace provider.

The gentleman that came to my home to qoute the work was by far the most trust worthy out of 7 other companies. One of the only ones that actually offered more than just a single furnace. Explained all the differences simply. The price was the most competitive! Did not even attempt to push any predatory unit rental plans. They made sure to register my unit properly as well. Happy with the installation and all the work. Thanks guys, highly recommend you to anyone else.

Trust home comfort installed a heat pump in our home to provide cooling and auxiliary heat (complimenting our gas furnace). They added an electric sub-panel and included a smart thermostat for less than competitors quoted for a basic air conditioner. They also identified and corrected errors related to our furnace installation (done by a competitor a few years ago) for no added cost. I took a while to make a decision and Trust Home Comfort were understanding and applied zero pressure. Once ready to proceed, scheduling was quick and easy. I work from home and the crew did their best to ensure no disruptions, they were polite and considerate and explained everything to me when I got nosey. Overall I would say Trust Home Comfort earned our trust and I would recommend them.

Looked at outside venting and noticed incorrect installation of vent piping was above intake vent. Other companies did not look outside. They are a local service provider I was happy to support.
