How much our certified local HVAC contractor Mackay Heating & Cooling cost?

Fast, effective service. Going to bed Friday night, discovered no furnace heat on the current coldest night of the year. Called MacKay service line, talked to the weekend service guy. He arrived early the next morning, diagnosed the problem, had the required part in his truck. Replaced the part and confirmed the furnace was now running properly. Thanks Josh for a job well done.

The furnace in my home went out on a Sunday. I had called Mackay but hung up before after hours answered as i decided to wait until Monday as my husband got it working. Before I had a chance to call them back, they called me noticing the missed call. When I stated to them I still needed someone to cone out. They were able to get me in for late morning. The technician Tyler was amazing especially when he had bad news for me. He showed me the issue using his camera scope and explained it all to me. He then called then the Office to see if someone could come out right away to quote me a new furnace as I was on a time restraint. Fred came out within 30 to 45 minutes as he was in North St. Catharines and I am in South Niagara Falls. Fred not only got me the quote within an hour, but came back to my home after the office was closed to get the paperwork done once we made our decision and was able to get the furnace installed Tuesday. The installers were very clean and neat and very professional. They did an amazing job with the installation. I would highly recommend Mackay Heating and Cooling.

They installed a replacement cold-weather heat pump on my existing furnace. The estimator, Fred, was courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward. The crew did a great job of installation and clean up. The system appears to be working very well.

Annual reminders and maintenance scheduled at appropriate times early in heating season. Service appointments prompt and efficient.
