How much our certified local HVAC contractor The Heating Ninja cost?

Ryan is top notch explains as he’s diagnosing and goes above and beyond. I will use him and his company again. Instead of charging us after hours for a product he made our furnace work until Monday so we could save money and get it fixed by Monday. Thank you Ryan from me and my family.

Our furnace started acting up in January 2023. We had a well known, large company in Calgary out to fix the issue. Unfortunately it was not fixed. Called The Heating Ninja and Joel was sent out. Joel was able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue. Heating has been working great since! Knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and would recommend them to anyone.

We had our furnace die on Sunday and they had a new furnace installed by end of day Tuesday. I couldn’t find anyone else that could accommodate that (and that was very worrisome because we were heading into another cold snap with temps in the minus 30’s). Matt (the owner) was so easy to talk to and he juggled the schedule to help us out. That’s awesome customer service! Joel and Matt (the guys who put the furnace in) were very meticulous and had it done in the promised 6 hours. I will tell everyone about The Heating Ninja.

I needed a furnace part and couldn’t find it in Edmonton. The Heating Ninja had it and shipped it right away. It arrived the next day in great packaging and condition. The did it all at a lower price than advertised and expected! I won’t hesitate to enjoy their service again in the future and I tell all my friends and clients about them. They truly are a 5 star company offering 5 star parts and service!
